The Jerrahi Order of American contributed $10,000 to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) toward medical supplies for the people of Gaza Gaza on November 26, 2012.

The Order contributed an additional $10,000 to the Culture and Free Thought Association (CFTA). The funds will be used to provide food to fishermen and their families in Khan Younis, one of the poorest communities in the Gaza strip. They were affected by the recent surge in Gaza fighting as they have been prohibited from going out to sea. CFTA plans to distribute $150 food parcels to these families; each contains a week's supply of basic food items for a week.
